Formula 1 in Schools
NATIONAL PROGRAMME - This programme uses the appeal of Formula One to provide an exciting & challenging educational experience for children from the ages of 9 to 19. Its main objective is to help change perceptions of careers in engineering, science and technology by creating a fun and exciting learning environment for young people through the use of CAD/CAM software by collaborating, designing, analysing, the manufacture, testing and then racing of miniature gas powered balsa wood F1 cars.
