Northamptonshire Engineering Training Partnership

This is a countywide initiative run by the School of Applied Science at the University of Northampton in partnership with participating companies. NETP works to find placements for engineering students with participating member companies. It provides a unique opportunity for its students to seek an industry placement on merit with potential secondees undergoing formal accreditation and interview processes prior to being selected. The participating industries provide payment to each student for the duration of the placement. Each student usually completes 2 separate 3 month placement during their 3 year course.
